Why We Need to Partner
Our main goal is to prepare a new generation of men to be respected in their Christian community and become leaders in their homes and communities.
By partnering, we can support each other's spiritual needs closely, just like the early church in Acts 2:42.

Koinonia Partnership
God wants stability in our lives. When a Christian man struggles with a lost or misguided lifestyle, the Bible offers quick and firm guidance.
When Christian men face tough situations that have damaged their relationships with family or work, we can offer our experience in handling these challenges.
Sometimes, we might see a man with the potential to be a true leader but need help giving him the right attention and guidance.
This is why volunteers and mentors are essential to help develop these leaders.

A Microchurch shares real-time needs and projects that directly help each person in the group. When a Virtue Effect Microchurch pastor is assigned to your home, it ensures your house church stays connected to Biblical teaching and support within a network of fellowship.

What We Do
Our main goal at Virtue Effect Microchurch Partners is to help you become a stronger follower of Jesus. We do this by teaching from the Bible in a way that helps you understand how deep and wonderful God's grace is. We're building an online place where anyone can find great resources and Bible lessons to join us on this journey.
How Our Church Works
Everyone's a Minister: We believe every person in our church is important and has a special role. A Trustee helps manage the money given to the church, and our Pastor guides us in understanding God's Word.
Our Church Council: We have a special group called the Church Council, made up of our leaders. They make sure we always stay true to our main goals and vision. They also help decide how our church roles work.
Charter Members: These are the people who helped start our church and are a regular part of everything we do!
What We Believe
We strongly believe the Bible is God's true and inspired Word. Here are some of the other important things we believe:
God is three-in-one (the Trinity).
There's hope for rescue from sin.
We get saved by Jesus Christ.
Water baptism is important.
We share the Lord's Supper (communion).
God helps us have a spiritual fresh start.
We grow more like Jesus every day (progressive sanctification).
Marriage is between one man and one woman.
We need to share the Good News about Jesus.
Jesus will return one day.
There's a real Hell.
There's a wonderful New Heaven.
Our Big Ideas: Vision and Mission
Our Ministry Goal: As it says in Revelation 22:14, "Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they may have the right to the tree of life and that they may enter the city by the gates." We want to grow God's kingdom by using the internet to share Jesus's message with people all over the world! We encourage using good online tools and social media to help everyone learn and grow as disciples, making teaching easy to find anywhere.
Our Vision (What We Hope For): To go beyond church buildings and help believers stand strong in God's perfect plan. We want to encourage each other with honesty and generosity that comes from knowing Jesus. As 1 Corinthians 4:16 says, "So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day."
Our Mission (What We Do): To give God the honor He deserves by showing His power, fairness, and hope through who we are in Christ. We want to help people build good character and spread truth by helping to start new small churches, just like ours.
How We See the World
We believe that God is the super-smart designer and creator of our entire universe. Humans are special because our souls are made in God's likeness. Sadly, sin entered the world through Adam's disobedience, which meant a price had to be paid. God's Son, Jesus Christ, paid that price for us! God's love, hope, and peace give meaning to life for those He has chosen. In the end, this means either forever with Jesus or everlasting separation from Him.
Becoming a Disciple
Our church offers "Spiritual Renewal for Advanced Discipleship." This means we provide content for blogs and podcasts using solid Bible teachings. We invite everyone to join us online, work on lessons, and use their own social networks to share what they're learning. Those who complete their goals might even get special recognition from the church for their hard work!
